11 Ways Bath More Convenient


Believe it or not, the fatigue caused by working it can be driven with a bath. Since ancient times, soak in warm water bodies believed to be a relaxation therapy as well as a healthy lifestyle. Soak in warm water can also make muscles more relaxed so as to reduce muscle cramps and headaches. For refreshing the body with a bath, there is no harm in trying some of these tips:

1.    Use aromatic essential oil
Add a little essential oil into the half-filled tub. Choose oils that have the scent of flowers such as lavender, jasmine, and roses. These flowers are believed to facilitate the body to relax more quickly.

2.    Note the water temperature
Soak in warm water is the best way to keep your body relaxed. The ideal temperature for bathing is 33 degrees Celsius. To measure the degree of warmth of the water, use your wrist. This body part is the best gauge to determine how the warm water while the rest of the body later.

3.    Body scrub
Massaging the body with a soft sponge and a body scrub will help our skin becomes supple and moist.

4.    Close your eyes
Close your eyes during the bath can make us more quickly relaxed. Try putting a cold cucumber, ice packs, or eye pads soaked in cold chamomile tea on it.

5.    Bath salts
Tired after a day of exercise? Salt bath is a solution to make the back muscles supple. In addition, if you feel pain or swelling, bath salts can help reduce injuries. In addition, it also can remove toxins from the skin and improve circulation to relieve tension and revitalize the body.

6.    Light a candle
The room light will only give a signal to the body to move rather than break. To dim the atmosphere should use a few candles and place them around the room and on the edge of the tub. Get your bathing pleasure never felt before.

7.    Prepare cold water
